Cute diner tucked into a corner of the Ferndale area. Small but cozy interior with good veggie omelettes, and they offer egg white only option which is a plus. Would recommend the hippie hash and the chili too. Only thing we didn't care for were the chocolate chip pancakes.

First time visiting Omega and Dawg Deli. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and OMG amazing food! The omelettes were stuffed and had amazing flavor. Can't wait to go back.
My hubby had the Irish Omelette and I had The Meat Lovers.

Unassuming, unpretentious, but don't underestimate this small diner on Hilton near 9 Mile. When it comes to the food they are standing on business, and business is delicious. I recently stopped by to enjoy their Tuesday lunch special (2 coneys and fries) and the entire experience start to finish was great. Jessica was warm and friendly as soon as I hit the door, pointing out all the specials and daily soups from professional memory. I will be back and often as I just started work in the neighborhood

I’ve been here several times now, and find that the breakfast is their best feature, though inconsistent. The last couple times egg whites were watery. One measure of a great diner breakfast spot is to keep the coffee coming. Despite the small space, the servers do not check in on their customers and I’ve had to get up to get my coffee refilled several times during one visit, even after asking a server if I can have more coffee. I’ve tried the sliders which are advertised as ‘the best’ but I found them to be like a small cheeseburger size with the typical slider portion of meat, so lots of bread. I recently tried one of their lunch specials, the gyro wraps and the gyro meat looked and tasted like it came frozen out of a box, the onions also appeared to be previously frozen - just not very good. Soda was i and the server just seemed to have a fair of amount of attitude. Having given this place more than a fair 🫨shake, I won’t be going back. But stay tuned for the review of my new go to diner!
Good to know: pay with cash to avoid an add on service fee to your bill.

I come here almost daily, best breakfast and lunch in town. I've had the Meat Lovers Omelette, Paul Bunyan Breakfast, Omega Corned Beef, Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries, Grilled Chicken Wrap, The Lemon Rice Soup and I've had the Coneys, Coney Special and the Chili Dilly....All have been outstanding. Real Hash Browns. Food is always 5 stars. I highly recommend it !!!
