WOW, is truly not enough to say for the superb work that was done on my car by these repairmen! I began clapping and smiling when I saw how Wonderful my car looked. My 2022 Buick model car looks brand new again! The repair team went over and beyond what I expected of them and my husband and I are extremely pleased! The team was very kind and friendly with a unified goal of pleasing the customer with Great results. Thank you to The Collision Repair Shop team of Waterford, MI on Elizabeth Lake Rd. The detail that was put into repairing the damage, to my car, was remarkable and I highly recommend using them. There seems to be a number of Collision repair shops with similar names, so let me be clear. Lance and the team took great care of me. This is not just a review, it's a MUST - you must take your vehicle here if/when it needs work. I've never had a better experience, truly. Wow- What a great business! We had our car vandalized recently and then we met Lance at the Collision Repair shop. He worked with our insurance company to open a claim and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though the part was delayed and on back order, Lance made sure our car was taped up in case of rain so we didn't have to worry in the meantime. When the part arrived, he took care of it as soon as humanly possible and with urgency. He treated us with the utmost respect as well...
These people are professional and bent over backwards to help make our situation better in any way they could. We highly recommend The Collision repair shop! Thank you again Lance!!
UPDATE: I needed a little repair to my front fender on my Slingshot and these guys came through for me yet again! Fast, effecient and a great value! I will send everyone I know here!!
