Come as you are! We have been attending Sunday services at Renaissance Vineyard for seven years and recommend the community to anyone in need of a friend, a cup of coffee, or spiritual direction. You may come for that cup of coffee, but I bet you’ll leave with something more. We have gained a community of friends to help us through the difficult and rejoice in the goodness!

Great place for fellowship and feeding your soul. It's been a while but I'm glad I'm back. Sometimes you just need to go full circle to end up back where yoy need to be.

This church has everything that i was looking for when searching for a new place to worship a few months ago. First (and for me foremost), there is scripturally sound teaching. The pastor will read sections of scripture and give doctrinally sound explanations, which are easy to understand. (He's also pretty funny, but that's off topic) This was a wonderful change up from so many churches which will only quote from a small portion of one or two unrelated verses and craft a message to back up what is essentially pop psychology. The worship is wonderful. There is usually a band playing and the music is a comfortable mix of contemporary music with the occasional hymn thrown in. I also love that the church takes prayer seriously. There is a team who stands at the back of the sanctuary every worship service to pray for anyone who wants to come for it. Finally, there is a real sense of community. This isn't a church where a person needs to put on a fake performance. They welcome anyone who wants to come and focus on loving each individual as a part of their worship to God.

RVC is a rare ones in the church world. They actually believe in feeding the poor and run one of the most efficient food pantries in Oakland County, feeding 200 families a month. It's a place where one can come as they are and meet the person of Jesus Christ. RVC has a heart for the LBGT Community without compromising on God's best plan for His kids. Pastor Jim Pool is a guy who can be trusted.

Our preschool is in the church. We had preschool graduation on the stage and the kids did a short program. It is a great facility for the preschool - room to do lots of preschool activities.
