Went in 3/10 around 8:30PM and was greeted by a kind fella who was very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I knew we were in good hands. He made some killer sandwiches! The toasted was delicious; different beast but I still love my cold subs. Not kidding when I say, probably best Jimmy I’ve ever had though. And I’ve been a real JJ eater since I was a little boy. That guy deserves a raise! All in all, splendid spread.

Ok they didn't offer to toast my bread. New girl talked too low! I couldn't hear her she seemed scared?

I recently visited the Jimmy John’s location and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the manager. I was taken aback by her rude and condescending remarks directed at her staff members. It was disheartening to witness such disrespectful treatment in a public setting, especially in front of customers.
Her comments not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also reflected poorly on the establishment as a whole. It is essential for management to foster a supportive environment for their employees, and her behavior was anything but that. Instead of enjoying my meal, I found myself feeling disappointed and disgusted by the blatant disrespect and inappropriate comments I observed.
This experience has led me to decide that I will no longer be visiting this Jimmy John’s location. I believe that there needs to be a thorough investigation into Crystal's management style, as such behavior is not conducive to a healthy workplace or a positive customer experience. I hope that this feedback encourages necessary changes for the betterment of both the staff and patrons in the future.
