I visited this Taco Bell like normal but customer service is always great during ordering but my order is always wrong.. I paid for extra on my nacho bell grande and well as you can see never received it my order was completely wrong.. when calling & requesting to speak to a manager I was placed on hold then told the manager wasn’t available.. I was on a lunch break so I didn’t have time to return for a fix. This is the 2nd time this happened so decided to leave a review.. this the worst Taco Bell to go to

Where do I begin?
There’s always a wait even if there’s no cars in line. The staff acts like they’re put off that they have to do their job. 9 out of 10 times your order is wrong and don’t bother telling them about it because they get combative.
If I wanted to feel this disappointed I could save my money call my mom for free.

after ordering and asking for "lots of mild sauce and the new hot sauce" she put exactly one mild, all fire and no new sauce. then proceeded to look at me with confusion and attitude when i politely asked again. now we're just staring each other down awkwardly as her manager asks what the hold up is and she's trying to get rid of me by telling me the sauce costs money. as im paying the 20 cents the manager asks me why i even wanna try it because it's essentially barbecue sauce, i said i just wanted to try it. "with those eyes i bet you do wanna try it".
i have double pink eye. i just wanted my food.

Disappointed.
After placing the drive-thru order and asking if the order on the screen appeared correct, the cinnamon twists were not in the bag. This was the main item of purchase, and the single item was forgotten. Entered into the store to request the paid item -- left standing and waiting for the purchased item, which was visible. Maybe driving back through would have ended in successful receipt of the purchased item, or perhaps walking around the counter would have been more appropriate to receive the purchased item. Left without the cinnamon twists will not return. Taco Bell is one of the very last fast food restaurants that I purchase from, and usually someone else is buying.

My online order with a 5-8 minute estimate took 50 minutes. Got there in 10, then sat in their lobby for 40 minutes while the app status showed "being prepared". About 6 other people sat in the lobby for just as long.
They were marking online orders as 'being prepared' , but then sitting on the orders while they cleared out their drive-thru, even though we had all ordered before the people in the drive-thru.
45 minutes after ordering, my app updated to 'ready for pickup', so I walked to the counter. An employee asked my name, then announced to the line staff that 'they could get started on my order'. It wasn't ready for pickup... It took them all of 2-3 minutes to put together my two tacos and one burrito and bag them up. No apologies. No concessions.
Won't be returning to this location. Been there twice now, its been disorganized both times with excessive wait times. There are better locations in the area.
