Went to hear a few days ago with my wife to wind down after a wonderful trip to Ireland. The person at the desk, Jmya I believe, was on top of our every need and was very kind.
The couple massage we got was great, I believe their names were Sean and Solomon.
Ended up buying a couple of gift cards, which I have already given away to my companies employees for their awesome work!
Overall, I'm definitely going to come here again!!

KAITLYN is by far the best massage therapist I have ever gone to.....and I have experienced massages all over the world for over 30 years. So, I am hesitant to give 5 stars because (selfishly) I do not want to share her. It's been difficult to secure an appointment because Kaitlyn is so awesome and in demand. Would give her 100 stars if I could, I feel incredible after my bi-weekly massage. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....KAITLYN for being the absolute best in your profession.

Today’s massage with Keta was outstanding. From the start, her professionalism and calming presence made a huge difference. She focused precisely on my tension areas, using a perfect blend of pressure and relaxation techniques. Keta’s skill in finding and relieving knots was incredible, and her attention to detail showed throughout the session.
Since becoming a member, I've felt a noticeable improvement in my well-being after each visit, but today’s session with Keta was truly exceptional. She’s a true expert, and I left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I recommend!!!

I have been booking massages with Anne at the Ferndale location for months and highly recommend! I’ve gone to a bunch of different places in the past and she does the best neck massage out there. I’ve always had a great experience here, they have really nice receptionists.

Wouldn’t Recommend this Establishment to Anyone
Allow me to start by saying, this is my first review… ever and I hate that it has to be negative .
Please never go to Hand and Stone Massage. The 4.3 rating compared to the surrounding Spa’s speaks volumes on how bad their customer service is.
Not only did they cancel my order upon the first placement of the order. They then proceeded to double charge my credit card. No problem, it could’ve been my fault and I didn’t have the cash on hand. That concern got rectified.
Day of service, proceeds to go in only to be told my appointment wasn’t on file, and when they did “find it” it was under the wrong timeslot originally booked for. Again no problem, we’re here now right.
Nope only to be told that my services only accounted for one person and not the two that I paid for. OKAY again no problem, I can just pay for the other person to be added. Nope
Due to my name being on the appointment, ( the name on the appt and card have to be the same)
I couldn’t “gift” the appointment to my mother as initially thought
From there I was advised that the only way I could rectify this is to cancel my current order and re-pay the full price for a name change.
Not only was the service terrible, but the two attendants treated me with less than stellar service, and overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
