This place is great! No matter what I request they always come through. All I have to do is let them know the time frame in which I needed and they've never let me down. Whether the order is larger small, I can count on them.

I wanted a custom shirt as a gift they knocked it out of the park and even printed it for cheaper then any major retailer online

I had a very disappointing experience at this business. They made an error with my order, misprinting the shirts, and when I pointed out that the paperwork was filled out incorrectly, they became defensive and aggressive. The woman who filled out the form listed "Kelly Green" in the space for the purchaser's name, when it was actually meant to be the color of the lettering. When I kindly pointed this out, she raised her voice and got visibly upset, as if she hadn’t made the mistake herself. Things escalated further when she and an older man, who smelled strongly of cigarettes, slammed the plexiglass window in my face and snatched the clipboard out of my hands. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I will not be returning. There are plenty of Black-owned print shops in areas like Livernois and Grand River, and I would recommend supporting them instead. This business seems to capitalize on Black customers but clearly shows little respect for Black people. If I could give them a rating lower than one star, I absolutely would. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
