They were able to get to my vehicle much sooner than anticipated, and they provided solid, technical feedback which helped me make the right decision regarding my repair. Finding an auto repair shop that you can trust can be a very difficult process. Well, I found one! And I will use Charlie’s exclusively moving forward. 👍👍👍

A trustworthy family run business. We've been going to Charlie's for 30+ years, and will continue.
I've lived in multiple regions over the years but continue to find the service reliable, and the prices are reasonable compared to anywhere else that I have been. I trust them so much it has been worth it to cross from Canada (Windsor).

I have no words other than amazing! It is so hard to find a good and honest mechanic this day and age. When I tell you Charlie’s blew me out the water! Josh was amazing and so kind and honest. Ron does excellent work. They got me in right away and was done within a couple of hours. This is now the only place I will go!! They don’t take advantage because you’re a woman and do not charge you more than the job is actually worth. This is a true gem of a place!! Thank you guys so much! Please stay just how you are and you will continue to be blessed! Not too many shops out here with your value and ethic! This shop is top tier!

I have came here one time to have some work done and I will not go anywhere else to have work done on my car but only to Charlie's auto. Great staff and Josh is awesome and explains everything to you about the car. Fast and friendly customer service
