Customer service is a joke! Ordered food via Doordash and got the wrong item. My order was a burrito but they sent a burrito bowl, which looked like a bed of lettuce! There's no way to contact restaurant for help. Even though I got a refund back from doordash it was not enough to cover the cost of my reorder.

Please avoid ordering through the app. Given the reputation of this location, it’s probably best to steer clear altogether. We placed an order on the app, and while Chipotle is typically known for generous portions, we were disappointed to find that our portions were significantly smaller when we got home and opened our food. Normally, we can’t finish an entire bowl or burrito in one sitting, but this time we ate the whole thing and were still hungry. It felt like they skimped on the order simply because we ordered online.

The food was good. However, there wasn't much chicken in my chicken bowl. This was my first visit to this restaurant. When we walked in, the place wasn't clean. There was food on all of the booths and a bunch of napkins on the floor. My first impression was to turn around and go somewhere else. I am hoping this is not the norm. There was a long line of customers, and the food prep area was a mess.

This location is constantly filthy. On top of the filth, it’s also constantly out of 3-5 things at any given time. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to just wipe things off..
