Kortney and her team were a delight to work with for our wedding reception! We had originally worked with them to plan a 2021 reception, but we unfortunately needed to postpone to 2022, and they were very flexible in working with us to secure our new date.
They organized a tasting for us, and the amount of food was extremely generous and all delicious! On the day of the event, the service and food were outstanding, and the entire team was very professional throughout. We also got our rentals through Cutting Edge, and the process was very smooth.
Overall, we highly recommend Cutting Edge for a wedding reception!

From the first outreach to the end of our wedding, the CEC team was phenomenal! It was a true pleasure of working with CEC for our wedding. Special shoutout to Michael Theys who made us feel so cared for at our tasting and was on site day of making sure everything was perfect. He even delivered our late night snack out to us on the dancefloor -- above and beyond service! :) The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We are so thankful for Chef Zack's hospitality. The staff was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly. They were able to accommodate all of our requests, and the guests were raving about the food all night long. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Cuisine to anyone looking for an exceptional experience on their special day.

My husband and I worked with Kortney and the Cutting Edge staff to cater our wedding and we couldn't be happier. From our first tasting to our last dance, Kortney and the team took diligent notes, made modifications at our request and safely served our guests. They created custom Indian dishes and seasonal dessert options that our family absolutely loved. But that's not all - we have been getting so many compliments from our guests that the team served "the best wedding food they've ever had" at our event. We're thrilled! We hired Cutting Edge as our wedding caterer as they were one of the preferred vendors from our venue (The Whiskey Factory). After my first conversation with Kortney, I knew they could be a great option! They were very transparent about budget and what we could expect for what we wanted (must haves) and where we could make some tweaks. She was more than willing to work to customize our menu to fit our families and the experience we were trying to create.
We booked prior to having our tasting, and we were so excited to try the food. It beyond exceeded our expectations, and the portion sizes are HUGE. This is definitely not going to leave your guests hungry. We opted for the short ribs and pesto crusted whitefish. We tried both and were blown away, we had the request to serve some broccolini with the short rib and it was accommodated with no problem.
For our passed appetizers we served jerk chicken (per our request), turkey sausage stuffed meatballs and vegan sushi. Everything was amazing, and all of our non vegan friends even raved about the sushi. Another thing that our guests were raving about was how hot all of the food was when served at the table. Cutting Edge was organized, fairly priced, and has amazing options for unique and different wedding food.
Kortney was great to work with and was always professional and sweet.
