Terrible. Been here several times and bit my tounge hoping next time would be better. Finally had enough of the bad service. Walked in and told the guy at the counter my name. He said it would be right up. Waited in the waiting area and watched my pizza get finished. Waited for 20 minutes while employees talked to friends and ignored us after telling us our order will be right up. They were not busy, the only other person was one employees friend. We only got noticed because another customer walked in and a woman said have you been helped? Seriously? You didn't see us standing there even though you looked right at us several times? Look at the picture, does that even look appetizing? Will not be back and will tell others to do the same. Waste of time and money.

WHOEVER MADE MY BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA W/NO MEAT, ADD GREEN PEPPERS ORDER #28 THROUGH DOORDASH NEED TO BE PUT ON CLEANING DUTY OR SOMETHING ELSE! HOW YOU MAKE A BBQ PIZZA WITH A TEASPOON OF BBQ SAUCE ACROSS THE ENTIRE PIZZA? CANT EVEN HAVE LUNCH AT WORK CUZ THE PIZZA SO DRY! 🙄 YALL PIZZA IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR YALL TO JUST BE DOING WHATEVER YALL WANT! DRY NASTY PIZZA SMH

I’ve been coming to this location for a good 15 years. The food and service was ALWAYS excellent but recently it’s been real hit or miss with the food. Each time I have an issue, I stop patronizing for months and STILL have an issue when I return! Staff is friendly when they aren’t playing around too much. It seems as if they make the food carelessly. Over the years I’ve received bacon on my steak and cheese calzone (don’t eat pork), the wrong order, misplaced order (given to another customer) but recently I ordered a deep dish cheese bread that was over cooked, was t cut properly and barely had cheese. Below is 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered it’s like they took a half of handful of beef and mushroom and threw it in the middle. HUNGRY HOWIES is one of my favorite pizza spots so I won’t stop patronizing the company, but I will definitely stop giving THIS location a try.

I ordered a deep dish pizza and a deep dish cheese bread. What I received with my pizza was a half eaten, weirdly cut flatbread with bacon and cheese, complete with a cup of opened pizza sauce. ???? I spoke with a manager who asked if I’d like the order repeated with a refund, to which I replied yes. What I received afterward was my cheese bread, along with a strange off-menu unique pizza creation supposedly made by my delivery driver(???), and no refund.
I get that it was a mistake, but the follow up was what really solidified this as a very strange experience.
Hats off to the manager for keeping her cool with me as I had a meltdown about receiving half eaten food during a pandemic.

I've ordered from here many times and all was fine until Wednesday. They put rotten cucumbers in my salad. Not borderline questionable, but obviously rotting to mush. I registered a complaint on the app & requested a callback, not an email. Corporate apologized in an email the same day & said they sent the complaint to the "appropriate department for review and follow-up. " Nothing has happened. I'm done with this place. They can't even tell food is spoiled and should not be served.
