I'm not even sure they are actual certified and licensed mechanics. We bought a car from Southfield Quality Cars. When it immediately broke down, they forced us to go to King's Auto. King's auto refused to communicate with us, would keep our car for days and weeks on end without any communicated or loaner car leaving us stranded. They kept claiming to fix the issue but we kept having to take it in for the same thing over and over. Everytime we took it in for the same issues they'd say they didn't actually look at everything just the single thing their computer pinged as a possible issue. They refused to give us any paperwork or reports as to the work they were doing and the things they were checking. They were rude, they would make us wait in the cold garage as they were working, it was an absolute terrible experience everytime we had to take it to them. They run a scam with Southfield Quality Cars. Don't trust either of them. I'm pissed we have to take it once again to a different mechanic and spend thousands more dollars to fix the same issues they claimed to have fixed over and over again, but I'm so grateful I never have to deal with them again.

I gotta say, with all the crazy tow companies closest to me that I called, I was beginning to think there wasn't a one in all of Detroit that was actually gonna come get my car to get it into my mechanic. These guys saved the day and got me loaded up and on my way, they were even kind enough to let me ride along with them to my repair shop. I only have one vehicle, so it is nice to know there is at least one place I can trust to get my car where it needs to if it ever becomes immobile again! Thanks again, guys!
