We needed a massive rebuild on our leaking, sagging garage roof and patio overhang. It was truly condemnable & I thought the whole garage would have to go. This was a complex job and Dale went above and beyond, including consulting our city inspector multiple times to figure out the safest yet most cost effective way to get everything done we needed (including jacking up the walls and replacing the baseboards!). Dale even reassessed partway through and was able to save us over $1k from the original estimate! He could have easily still charged us the full amount we agreed on but instead went above and beyond for us. The crew was awesome and so considerate. They cleaned the grounds every single day on this week+ job so we didn't have to worry about having our dog out in the yard between working hours. Cannot say enough good things about this experience!

I have a very steep roof and was concerned that people getting the job done in one day would blow through this job without care. His team worked through some of the hottest days this summer. They were kind, courteous and hard working. A problem was found with the trusses on the detached garage, and they gladly fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had horrible water leaks in our sunroom. We had multiple roofers and contractors come out that could not figure out the problem.
