This one star is being hella generous.. because I can’t write this review without giving yall a rating..it’s 9:04pm on Tuesday December 3rd and yall lobby doors are locked, not mention is 28 degrees outside… WHY.!? it’s not like yall are about to get a rush of 30 people ordering food in the front lobby… the fact the McDonald’s employees want $18hr… $18 to provide that type of service .. nah fam..hell, target employees deserve way more. I think you all need to stop locking your doors before the time that the lobby doors are supposed to be locked. It’s unprofessional…. Like who’s the manager & owner of this store..???

Staff was friendly which is why I gave 2 stars. As for the rest, both the burgers that I ordered were made wrong even though the girl who took the order took it correctly. That was disappointing. Seems to happen too often at this location as it has happened before on previous orders. Slow down and read the tickets please. Most likely not going to return unfortunately.

Visited this location, usually a good experience. Tend to use the app. Yesterday, we just drove through to order. First, he overcharged our order by $2.50. He adjusted it, but why in the first place. We ordered a $5 bag, which was fine, and a kids' meal. What happened to getting a small fry....what is this size. There were probably 10-15 fries. I've never seen a container this small. Kids' meal is like $7. The $5 bag is a better deal. That size fry would have made sense for the $5 bag with all the other food you get. This was actually ridiculous how small it is.

I just left there picking up my order and I was so hungry and guess what a get a raw ass burger!!!!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I literally waiting in the lobby over 7 minutes to finally get the Mgr to help me. He gave me a funky attitude and stated " I got to stop what I'm doing to do this", I then stated " What you don't want to help me", he then pointed to self checkout, and I stated "I wanted to add mac sauce and you can't add it from the self checkout", then he stated "all you had to do is send it over" . I've never worked fast food a day in my life, and how was I to know.
Of course I left.
What's sad is most ppl pray to GOD for a job when they in need, complete all the training promising to be the best employee and then become un-humble, and unkind.
I will be calling corp, because this type of service is unnecessary. I'm sure nothing will be done. However, they need to be made aware.
I understand why their ratings are at a 3.6
