Our first time dining here and it was wonderful from beginning to end! The decor is artsy with a fun vibe. We visited on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm and didn’t wait more than 30 minutes for a table. Our server, (Derrick, hope I didn’t misspell his name), was extraordinary! Friendly, personable, attentive (but not over the top), great sense of humor! We started with drinks and the white fish dip and Cajun chips, it was to die for! Could have eaten it all night! My brother in law loved his burger, sister in law loved her salmon, husband loved his chicken dish and I had the pork schnitzel which is the reason I gave 4 stars. It was rather dry (yes I wanted gravy on the side), but I actually prefer my schnitzel “wetter” through the cooking process. I think the breading needs to be tweaked. That being said, it was good but didn’t live up to my expectations. The green beans were fabulous and I chose to have onion rings instead of mashed potatoes. They were enormous and perfectly fried. Took home donuts which we will try tomorrow (I’m sure they will be delicious!) We celebrated my brother in laws birthday there and he was thrilled as were the rest of us! One Eyed Betty’s is run like a well oiled machine with a great vibe, well trained staff, reasonable prices and overall delicious cuisine!! Will definitely return!

The food was spectacular. I don't want to waste your time on other stuff. Because we know why you are here. Yes, the fish and chips were amazing. Sure. My daughter's Thai wrap thing was delicious. But we arent here to discuss those, are we? I have been moved to happiness tears a few times in my life. My wedding day. The birth of both of my kids. My divorce. Going out with Peg from accounting 😏. Today, I was also moved. I was moved by the brussel sprouts here at this fine establishment. I admit my pic doesn't do it justice. Sometimes my son decides he gets all the good food and we get into who gets to eat more, so that was my priority, not taking pics. I highly recommend them. Life altering.

This bar has been on my bucket list and happened to be in the area on my way to a concert. I was able to use my untappd app with ease using their QR code to bring up the menu for beer. They offered a wide selection of beer and went with a stout. Hands down the breaded mushroom 🍄 were amazing. *Chiefs Kiss*
The main dish I ordered was a burger that was good but didn't break records. It's better than anything that I could prepare. In closing, it's worth going too and I plan on venturing into more of the menu on my next visit.

Pinball and arcade games entertained us as we waited for a table. Lively and eclectic setting. Noticed a family with children. Alcoholic drinks were good. My old fashion had a punch, and the IPA beer was pleasing. The spinach dip tasted freshly made in-house. Say yes to OYSTERS! Really good service.

We visited while we were in town for a concert. This has to be by far, one of the absolute best places i have been to. The atmosphere is amazing. The food is superb and the staff, AH-MAY-ZING!! I can't remember the bartender's name, but he and his wife work there. He made our experience so wonderful, that I will come back to Detroit just to visit this place. Thank you all so much!!
