This location is professional, spotless and welcoming. The team of women who run the shop are outstanding with attention to detail as well as communication. Jesse is a rockstar.
The entire staff deserves high praise and recognition. What was a major issue that they did not cause at their location was handle with such high care and regard. The women here just do it BETTER!!

I cannot recommend Crash Champions in ferndale enough! They did phenomenal work on my car and were professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to come back!

Insurance adjustor ruled the vehicle a total loss (hey, it WAS 14 years old), but the Crash staff seemed to be both friendly and professional. I'd go there again.

Crash champions has been very clear in their communication with me over the period that my Camaro was being repaired. Although it took a little longer than expected. The Camaro is looking and driving again as it should!

Considering my vehicle ended up "totalled", they tolerated my sadness and anger quite well! The counter people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics work hard for you (and with you), and they're just generally very nice folks! 👍👍
