food is always good, but order isn't always right. it amazes me that actual human beings with brains work in this store sometimes with the amount of times they've messed up simple orders. they're too focused on their lame ass conversations, how do you have so much to talk about and can't even do your job right? priorities in the wrong place.

Afraid to eat here because their attitudes are so poor and I can’t see them making my food.
I ordered just a quick burrito because the line was short. They asked if I wanted to round up and I said yes, she told me to pull to the window. I asked for my total and didn’t receive a response so I kept moving on to the window. It wouldn’t have mattered much anyways. When I got to the window they seemed passive aggressively mad because I drove around. This isn’t my first time dealing with rudeness at this fast food chain. I’m overall done buying it and wasting my money on food I’m not gonna eat.

Utter trash establishment. Sold me a cold crunch wrap meal without cheese, that had obviously been sitting out for hours. I took one bite and realized it tasted off. I threw it out. I hope your establishment enjoyed stealing the 30 dollars from my family. You won't get another penny out of me again, ever. I'll make sure to tell as many people as possible not to go due to your shady business practices!

Haven’t been to a GOOD Taco Bell in ages.
Got the chicken nuggets to try finally and after seeing a few mixed reviews online the location we chose did an AMAZING job. All the food was hot and fresh thank you!!

The workers don't even know how to greet customers. I was waiting at the counter for about 5 min. And I know at least 2 workers saw me cuz one had just waited on a customer, and a few min later a worker (didn't come to the counter) says to me "are you paying cash sir?" that's when I proceeded to tell her I had an online order
