just what I wanted to bite into as a pregnant woman—a raw chicken sandwich. Like, completely raw and slimy in the middle. hoping i don’t die of food poisoning. thanks, Ferndale Wendy’s.

The young man that's at the drive-thru every weekday morning is why I rate this so high. I'm reading other reviews that are not so glowing, but if this guy ran the place, maybe there would be more than five stars. He's very professional, very likeable, has an incredible voice (I don't know what he's doing here,... he should be making a million doing announcer work somewhere), you can understand him perfectly on the drive thru mic, and always accommodates me when I come to the window. Thank you!

Late at nite, busy day, decided to grab a late simple meal from Wendy's. As soon as I bit into the very cool french fry, I knew I should have dismissed the thought of eating this late. The 4 chicken nuggets were decent, the crispy chicken sandwich was the warmest of the meal but totally bland, I gave up half-way in and chucked it.
The sprite was a tanny tinged color, probably started dispensing with the wrong flavor and didn't bother to correct it. I dumped the entire cup; and, mainly, because the straw I was given, wouldn't suck up the liquid from the cup.
Then I remembered why I avoided going there. That meal was par for the course, whenever I visited it, which is less than once a year, and usually late after a busy day, and away long enough, that I had forgotten why I don't go there.
Blame the poor food and service on the late nite... blame it on being close to closing time, and the lack luster food matched the lack luster attitude of the staff, or ...blame it on the boogie...
I just know I have had fresher, hotter, tastier, late nite meals from other Wendy's and I got to start rembering which ones to visit and which.to avoid.

I’m putting up a door dash and got kick out at 9:35am no lines no customer told restaurant doesn’t open up into 10am sometimes base off off what I was told by a new employee coming in but the door was unlocked then the cook came from behind to lock the door after me and the restaurant worker and manager when back to eating the food that should’ve when to customer…the older lady with bowl cut wig first tried to run away from her getting caught eating then came back smiling like whatever.. it’s sad because where I’m from The restaurant is open at 8am on the inside not 10am and the workers at that location are friendly and nice but I guess you pay for what you get because the Wendy’s by me in Novi knows how to run a business versus this location will be close soon or have new employees and sad thing is it wasn’t busy but their old and lazy. Hire new employees before it’s too late.

Employees don't comprehend basic logic skills. Ordered a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato and got this.... would be like ordering a cheese burger with only ketchup and getting a hamburger with ketchup. Minimum education requirements should be mandated
